Frequently Asked Questions

Some questions tend to be asked over and over again, or at the least we anticipate they may be, so we created this page to answer these questions for you. They are in no particular order, and feel free to contact us if you have more questions.

How did you get the data you have in the lists on your site?
You'd be surprised what people will let you do if you just ask them. We were very careful to get permission to use any data that might have copyright restrictions on it. If you want to use what's here, you do too.

Can I use the stuff on your site?
This one has to have an "it depends" answer. Any truly original content can be, but keep in mind that just because we've been given permission to use something, doesn't mean you automatically have it. If you're not sure who to ask for permission from, ask us and we'll let you know who you should contact.

Can I submit my favorite radio station to be included on your list?
Absolutely! Just send us an email with the necessary information.

How come I don't see my denomination in the Church Search area?
That could be for one of several reasons. Either we just haven't gotten around to adding it, we couldn't find a page that listed that denomination's churches, we weren't able to ascertain the true belief system of the denomination, or we could ascertain the belief system of that denomination and found it non-Biblical. If you'd like to see it here, please email us.

Can I submit a Church Search site for my denomination?
Certainly! Please understand that any group that has a belief system that doesn't hold to the core concepts of Christianity will not be included (i.e. the Trinity of the Father, Son, and Spirit; Jesus as God; That Jesus was born of a virgin, died on a cross, was buried, rose again on the third day, and ascended into Heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father; etc). See our Statement of Faith page to see where we stand. Some things we can disagree on, others we just can't.

Can I submit my Christian School/College/Seminary to be included in your list?
We would very much appreciate that, however we will only list city, state/province, denominational affiliation (if applicable), and web site if they have one. Including the entire address, etc would make it much too easy for someone to copy and solicit that organization. If you have a database that includes that information that's fine, and we would love to have it, but we won't include the address, etc on the site without the express permission of the school or school association itself. This site will only include Baptist or non-denominational schools in its listing.
